This new packaging concept uses a Pactiv or similar
5 lbs. Tray and CO2 pads with a very high absorbency rating (300 grams) that also releases a moist CO2 vapor.
CO2 is an anti-microbial gas that inhibits the growth of aerobic bacteria, which insure a longer shelf life.

               12 to 14 days!!
 Shelf life can be expected with product looking and tasting fresh

The same results can be expected with fresh cut tomatoes, mixed melons and pineapple.
